Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls and emails, for selling Black Pest services, for scheduling inspections and service, and for performing a variety of administrative tasks. As the first person a customer may come in contact with, the CSR has the responsibility of promoting the highest level of friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and efficiency.
Pest Control Technician
Performs responsible work in inspecting for, locating, and identifying suspected or reported infestations by insects, rodents, and other pests, determining appropriate eradication and control measures, and implementing those measures. Performs control measures with strict adherence to all state and federal law while using utmost discretion regarding safety and exposure issues. Ensure quality through excellent customer interaction by striving to find solutions in a courteous manner.
